This autumn, we are pleased to continue strengthening our presence in Asia by attending two important seafood exhibitions:

China Fisheries & Seafood Expo – Qingdao, China

Busan International Seafood & Fisheries Expo (BISFE) – Busan, South Korea
📅 4–6 November 2026

Both exhibitions provide an excellent opportunity for us to meet existing customers and partners, establish new connections and discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping the seafood market today.

For Olav E. Fiskerstrand, Asia has been an important market for many years. We have nearly four decades of experience supplying Norwegian mackerel to Japan, and we are continuously developing our activities and partnerships across Japan, South Korea, China and other Asian markets.

During our time in Qingdao and Busan, we look forward to discussing:

• Norwegian mackerel and NVG herring – availability, quality and opportunities for the coming season.

• Whitefish and other seafood products – exploring opportunities based on market demand and customer requirements.

• Long-term partnerships – meeting existing customers and developing new relationships with importers, distributors and seafood companies throughout Asia.

• Market developments – exchanging knowledge about supply, demand and changing market conditions.
