Cod

Cod is a very popular whitefish with mild and tasty flesh. Our cod is caught in the cold Atlantic ocean.
Cod is a low in fat, high in protein, a good source of vitamins and minerals like B12, omega-3 fatty acids and selenium.
Cod is prepared in many ways and is popular all over the world.
Our raw cod is superior quality and bought sea frozen.

Saithe also often called Pollock is sweet tasting and delicious fish with firm flesh. Like Cod it is high in protein and low in fat.
Saithe contains a lot of important nutrients and vitamins like omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin B-12.
All our saithe is superior quality and bought seafrozen.
